How long is each coaching session?
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs.
How often do sessions take place?
Sessions take place bi-weekly either through Zoom or through the Voxer app depending on what package you choose.

In each session, we’ll identify specific areas where you feel held back and work on practical strategies to build confidence. We'll work together to explore your aspirations, identify obstacles, and develop actionable steps to achieve meaningful progress. How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted through the Voxer app or Zoom. I also offer support via the Voxer app for ongoing guidance and accountability between sessions.
How is progress measured in coaching?
Progress is often tracked through the achievement of the specific goals we set together. We’ll regularly review your milestones and celebrate successes, while also addressing any challenges that arise along the way.

What is Voxer?
Voxer is a messaging app that allows real-time voice communication, text messaging, and multimedia sharing. It’s like a modern-day walkie-talkie combined with text and multimedia chat, making it an ideal tool for coaching.
How does Voxer work for 1:1 coaching sessions?
Voxer enables you to send voice messages, texts, and multimedia, making our coaching sessions more interactive. You can send me voice notes with your updates, questions, or reflections, and I’ll respond with personalized feedback, advice, or resources. It’s perfect for real-time, ongoing support.
Can I get support between sessions?
Absolutely! Many clients benefit from ongoing support through email or messaging platforms like Voxer between sessions. This helps you stay on track, ask quick questions, or get encouragement when needed.
Do I need to be online at the same time as my coach?
No! Voxer works asynchronously, so you can leave messages whenever it's convenient for you, and I will respond when I’m available. This makes it easy for you to reach out for support on your schedule.
Will confidence coaching help me in my career?
Yes, confidence coaching can be highly beneficial for career development. By building confidence, you’ll be better prepared to handle challenges, assert yourself, pursue opportunities, and take on leadership roles.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No, coaching is not therapy. While both aim to support personal growth, coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented, helping you to clarify and achieve specific outcomes. If you’re dealing with mental health issues, we recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside coaching if needed.
What’s the difference between confidence coaching and therapy?
Confidence coaching focuses on helping you move forward by setting goals, creating action plans, and building confidence in specific areas of your life. Therapy, on the other hand, often delves into the past to resolve deep-seated emotional issues. Confidence coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
Can confidence coaching help with social anxiety?

How much does confidence coaching cost?

What is your cancellation + refund policy?
All coaching agreements are binding, and no refunds are provided for coaching services. My commitment is to coach you toward your highest level of success, which requires full commitment from both of us. By eliminating refunds, we encourage a wholehearted investment in your coaching journey without hesitation or second-guessing.
Before purchasing, please ensure that I am the right coach for you and that you’re ready to commit fully. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in—just as I will be for you.
If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide 48 hours notice before your scheduled time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within one week of the original date. Sessions not canceled with 48 hours notice will not be eligible for make-up. Prioritizing this work is essential for you to experience the full benefits of your coaching package.
